- Start this quest in Crystalton on Ice Isle in Anika and Soren's house.
- Talk to Anika. She lost her hat. She'd like you to dig or rake around the ends of the bridge to Snowball Isle to find her hat.
Dig on the bridge as shown in the picture.- Digging around the pier, you notice a yellow thread. Digging further, you uncover a yellow knitted cap. You found a Yellow Hat!
- Take the hat back to Anika. She's happy to get it back!
- You Completed Anika's Lost Hat! You earned $2000 and 50 quest points.

I'm happy to hear from another fan :) I don't know what the cheat for Loyada's Lost Necklace Quest is, though, unless you're proposing giving it to me to post. I will try to find it online, somewhere....

I completed Loyada's Lost Necklace on the 23/05/09 and I would like to share how to do it.
They are in order.
Talk to Loyada in Sandy meadows on Desert Isle.
Go talk to Nolan on Dolphin Isle.
Go to the abandoned shack on Turtle Isle and search.
You will get a map and a clue.
Do what the clue says until you get to the one in the Shelton gazeebo.
Go to Hotton and dig in the spot south-east of the middle tree.
Then follow the instruction to Chillton and dig on the log behind Abigail's house.
You found her necklace!
Now return it back to Loyada in Sandy meadows on Desert Isle.
She will say thank you and give you this...
You Completed the Hunt for the Emerald Necklace! You earned $15,000 and 300 quest points.
You have finished the quest!
