Start by talking to Hyrokkin on southern Berg Isle.

1. Go talk to John O'Lantern in Flipper Forest on Dolphin Isle.
2. John will give you a box of lures and $750 to go talk to Jack Reelin in Wington on Bird Isle.
3. Jack will give you a barrel of herring and a can of cod roe for Hyrokkin.
4. Give the fist to Hyrokkin for your reward.
